This is the Quality Score that determines the minimum amount that you can Bid for a Keyword. Unlike the Ranking Quality Score, this can be seen in Adwords. If you have a very low minimum bid quality score, then this number may seem irrelevant, but since it has largely the same factors as the critical Ranking Quality Score, it gives you some insight into this value. Minimum bid quality score also takes into account the Landing Page.
